Welcome to PocketKnifeLife.com. We believe in transparency and want you to understand how this site is supported. Some links on this website are affiliate links. When you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Participation in Affiliate Programs
PocketKnifeLife.com participates in several affiliate advertising programs designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to merchant sites. This includes, but is not limited to, the Amazon Associates Program.
As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. This means if you follow a link to Amazon from PocketKnifeLife.com and buy something, PocketKnifeLife.com may receive a small commission from Amazon. Commissions are paid by the merchant and do not affect the price you pay.
How Commissions Are Earned
Commissions are typically earned when visitors click an affiliate link and complete a purchase within the merchant’s tracking window. The exact terms and rates vary by program and merchant:
- Click tracking: Affiliate links contain unique tracking information so the merchant can attribute the sale to PocketKnifeLife.com.
- Qualifying purchases: Not all actions qualify for a commission; the merchant determines which purchases and items are eligible.
- No extra cost to you: Commissions are paid by the merchant and do not increase the price you pay for products or services.
Our Editorial Integrity
We strive to provide honest, well-researched information about pocket knives, gear, and related accessories. Our participation in affiliate programs does not influence our content choices or recommendations. Editorial decisions are based on product performance, value, and relevance to our readers, not on potential commissions.
If a product is recommended on PocketKnifeLife.com, it is because we genuinely believe it is worth considering for the intended use or audience. We aim to disclose any material connections and maintain trust with our readers by providing accurate and helpful information.
Independent Reviews and Opinions
Reviews, guides, and other content reflect our opinions and research. Where appropriate, we test products, consult experts, and compile user feedback. While affiliate relationships help support the site, they do not dictate the conclusions expressed in our content.
Thank you for supporting PocketKnifeLife.com. Your use of our affiliate links helps keep the site running and enables us to continue producing independent, practical content for knife enthusiasts and outdoorspeople.
